Added Multithreading

Added multithreading of the loading of the grid, also I optimized a function to load faster the grid, because it was slow at the beginning.

Now we have an animation when the player hovers over a cell on the main game

Now the game has a loading screen

Now we have leaderboards, I had a typo I wrote highscores, but the correct term is leaderboard, is global and working correctly
